What this website collects
The website itself stores nothing you type. The enquiry forms on this site do not submit to a server — they prepare a message and open WhatsApp or your email app, where you press send. Until you do, nothing has left your device; after you do, the conversation lives in that app, not on this website.
Messaging apps
Conversations over WhatsApp, Zalo or email are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies. We use what you tell us (dates, group, area, preferences) only to answer your request.
What not to send us
We never need passport details, payment-card numbers or medical history to answer a travel question — please don't send them.
Analytics
No analytics service is currently active on this site. If usage analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say what is measured — and message contents will never be part of it.
